Today's wtf is a compilation wtf. First let's start with a small town in Texas spending 29 hours searching for a man. They found him alive and well in a bookstore. Then the law enforcement walked away. Although I respect the right to privacy and that the man didn't do anything wrong, ask some fucking questions. We should not be paying for this shit.
